How often do I need to get my Septic Tank (Pozo Negro) check?

While it is recommended by the Environmental Agency that septic tanks should be emptied every 3 to 5 years. The exact timing however will depend on many aspects such as the household size, septic tank size, amount of waste generated, and the volume of solid waste.

What are the signs that my septic tank is full and needs to be emptied?

The following are the possible signs that your septic tank is full and needs to be emptied:

• Weak flushing toilets or slow drainage could mean the tank is full or clogged.

• Gurgling sounds of water within your sanitary pipelines.

What are your modes of payment?

Payment will be made after service thru cash, cheque, or any medium of payment (manual or online) that is convenient to both parties.

Do you issue BIR-accredited receipts?

Our Company issues BIR accredited Official Receipt (OR) after service and upon payment of the client. Also, if the client opted to defer the payment, we will initially issue a Service Invoice (SI) as proof of rendered service and issue OR upon payment.
